• 高效管理創(chuàng)意團隊，根據(jù)創(chuàng)意簡報產(chǎn)出兼具原創(chuàng)性與實用性的創(chuàng)意方案。

  Effectively manage Creative Teams to produce original and usable concepts in response to creative briefs.

• 向客戶清晰推介核心創(chuàng)意方案，并闡釋方案背后的設(shè)計思路與邏輯。

  Persuasively pitch key creative concepts to clients and defend the rationale behind the thinking.

• 審核、評判并優(yōu)化創(chuàng)意團隊交付的工作成果。

  Review, judge, and refine work produced by Creative Teams.

• 維護客戶關(guān)系，為創(chuàng)意成果的順利交付提供支持。

  Develop client relationships to support delivery of creative works.

• 與客戶團隊協(xié)作，深入理解客戶品牌內(nèi)涵，以最大化呈現(xiàn)品牌價值的方式推進項目。

  Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

• 管理初級創(chuàng)意人員的工作產(chǎn)出，確保最終創(chuàng)意成果的一致性與高品質(zhì)。

  Manage junior creative output to ensure consistency and quality of final creative product.

• 培養(yǎng)、激勵并發(fā)展團隊成員，使其能夠預判并適配騰邁中國及客戶的需求變化。

  Train, inspire, and develop teams to anticipate and reflect changing needs of TBWA\Group\China and clients.

• 合理規(guī)劃團隊工作優(yōu)先級，確保各項需求得到妥善處理，以滿足客戶與內(nèi)部的預期。

  Prioritize workload within the Team Ensure to ensure demands are managed to meet client and internal expectations.

任職要求 Requirement

• 8 年及以上豐富的廣告行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗。

  8+ years of strong advertising experience.

• 具備出色的溝通能力與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• 中英雙語表達能力優(yōu)異，擅長演示匯報與觀點闡述。

  Strong presentation and articulation skills in both Chinese and English.

• 性格果敢自信，擁有積極進取的實干精神。

  Assertive personality with a "can-do" spirit.

• 具備自主學習能力，興趣愛好廣泛；對生活抱有好奇心與熱情。

  Self-learner with a wide range of interests; curiosity and passion for life.
